Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or purchasing an ADSG service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any service-specific terms presented at booking, checkout, or in a written agreement. If those terms conflict, the service-specific terms control for that service.

ADSG services

Auto Dealer Solutions Group provides operational consulting, independent education, training, document and workflow support, and implementation guidance for new and independent dealerships. Service descriptions and pricing may be updated, and availability may vary.

Professional-services disclaimer

ADSG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, underwriting, or regulatory advice. Information and tools are provided for operational and educational purposes and should not replace advice from a qualified professional or instructions from a government agency, lender, insurer, auction, or other provider.

No guaranteed outcome

ADSG does not guarantee dealer licensing, inspection results, audit compliance, funding, provider approval, profitability, sales performance, or any other business result. The dealership and applicant remain responsible for reviewing, signing, submitting, and verifying their own applications, records, filings, payments, deadlines, and business decisions.

Bookings, payment, cancellations, and refunds

Prices, payment timing, cancellation terms, rescheduling rules, refund eligibility, and service scope are stated on the applicable page, Square checkout, proposal, or service agreement. Payment and booking may be processed by Square under Square's own terms. Government charges, travel, filing costs, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.

Third-party services and referrals

ADSG may provide links, referrals, or coordination involving outside providers such as insurers, bond providers, sign vendors, floorplan companies, auctions, payment processors, and virtual-meeting platforms. Those providers are independent. Their availability, pricing, approval, performance, and terms are outside ADSG's control, and a referral is not a guarantee or endorsement.

Website and materials

The ADSG name, website content, training materials, toolkits, worksheets, templates, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ADSG and may not be copied, resold, published, distributed, or used to provide competing services without written permission. Materials purchased for a dealership may be used internally by that dealership unless different written terms apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, introduce harmful code, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Website availability and limitation

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on general website information, or the acts or systems of an outside provider.

Florida law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. ADSG may update these terms as the website or services change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
